Hair, 27 September 2013 – Lamborghini currently testing intensively at the Nurburgring to Cabrera, who will inherit the Gallardo in the spring of 2014. Cabrera shares the platform with the next Audi R8. Through the extensive use of materials such as aluminum and carbon, the weight to be reduced compared to the Gallardo. More power gets the 5.2-liter V10, the future does probably around 600 instead of 570 hp. You will be transferred to the road by four-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive variants also are planned. Instead of the previous sequential double-clutch transmission handles the shifting work. The production version of the new Cabrera is expected in spring 2014
